Prancer (1989)
A little girl, an injured reindeer, and a town that needs to believe.
Eight-year-old Jessica, grieving her mother, finds a wounded reindeer she is certain is Santa's Prancer — and nurses him in secret while her father's farm fails around them. Rebecca Harrell gives one of the great child performances. Quiet, wintry, and sincere in a way few family films manage.
