How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000)
Jim Carrey inside Rick Baker's Oscar-winning Grinch suit. Enough said.

Ron Howard expanded the 26-minute special into a full Whoville feature: why the Grinch hates Christmas, what the Whos have let it become, and how little Cindy Lou Who fixes both. Carrey improvised half the film through six hours of makeup a day. It was the first Dr. Seuss adaptation to reach the screen, and it went straight to number one.
