“Never Alone for Christmas” is a rom-com that wraps up humor, heartache, and holiday spirit in a festive New Orleans setting. The story follows Lauren and Miles, a couple who once envisioned a future together but ended up parting ways. With their wedding canceled and Christmas around the corner, they find themselves dreading the loneliness of the season.

In an amusing twist of fate, both Lauren and Miles book a stay at a lively Cajun Christmas retreat—without the slightest clue about the other’s plans. To their shock, they cross paths, and the surprise intensifies when they realize that they’ve both brought new partners to what would have been their honeymoon destination.

Set against the backdrop of vibrant New Orleans traditions and a colorful singles retreat, the film becomes a playground for romantic escapades and “what could have been” fantasies. The retreat is alive with music, dance, and the infectious joy of the season, serving as a backdrop for the exes’ complex feelings and the humorous situations they find themselves in.

As they navigate through the awkward encounters and the bittersweet pangs of nostalgia, Lauren and Miles begin to question their choices. The festive chaos around them stirs up old memories and ignites new sparks, making them wonder if the holiday magic might rekindle what they once had.

Directed by Kenny Young and featuring a dynamic ensemble cast, including Mignon and Allen Maldonado, “Never Alone for Christmas” is a tale of rediscovery and the power of love during the holiday season. It promises to be a delightful Christmas treat, filled with laughter, a dash of serendipity, and the warmth of coming back to where the heart belongs.
